New Standards - IJTAG and 1149.1-2013

Description : The tutorial will be taught by several industry experts. The first portion of the class will focus on the new areas of IEEE 1149.1-2013. The second section of the tutorial will focus on the new IEEE 1687 (IJTAG) standard. This tutorial will be a practical overview of the concepts, languages, and real world use of these standards.
